It's interesting so far. The Bentley Reserve is an beautiful building too.

Just saw a bicycle accident, plus another
On Valencia St just across the street from Ritual Roasters I witnessed a bicyclist bite it pretty hard. Ambulance arrives, fire truck, and cops too. A cop car turns around in the street and takes out another cyclist headed north on Valencia St. The second accident was not serious (the first was) but the irony factor was much higher.
